  1. Grand Prize: SGD$1000 Cash (8 winners per week for 6 weeks)

b) CONSOLATION PRIZE
  1. Consolation Prize: 1 Months’ supply of POKKA Fruit Juice. (12 winners per week for 6 weeks)
  2. Each week, there will only be twelve (12) consolation prize – 1 Months’ supply of POKKA Fruit Juice to be won by twelve (12) eligible Participants.

In-store promotion is valid from 1 July 2022 to 15 August 2022.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

  1. Contest is open to all Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and non-permanent residents residing in Singapore except employees of POKKA PTE. LTD., their respective affiliates and advertising agencies, dealers, distributors, vendors and their immediate family members.
  2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
    1. Purchase POKKA products
      1. To participate in the Promotion, a Participant must purchase a minimum of $8 worth of POKKA Juice products in a single receipt at any Participating stores and ecommerce platforms during the Promotion Period.
      2. Each valid receipt entitles the Participant to 1 entry to ‘JOY FROM WITHIN’ July Juice Campaign Lucky Draw Contest and 1 chance of winning in the weekly grand prize or consolation prize each week.
      3. Participating products include any POKKA Juice beverages of any pack size (i.e. Tetra Pack, 300ml can/6s, 500ml, 1500ml etc) as defined in Clause 3.
      4. Purchase of POKKA products must be explicitly reflected on the receipts submitted. Receipts with illegible, unidentifiable or ambiguous product names will be deemed invalid, and will not be accepted as an entry to the promotion.
    2. Entering via SMS entry or QR Code
      1. SMS
        2. To enter the Promotion via SMS, Participants shall enter the following and submit to +65 9010 2322 
          PokkaJuice (space) Name (space) Receipt No.
          Example: PokkaJuice Peter Tan 98765
        1. Upon sending the SMS to +65 9010 2322, Participants would then receive an acknowledge with a link where Participants are required to upload receipt for proof of purchase. 
      2. QR Code
        3. To enter the Promotion via QR Code, Participants shall scan the QR code that can be found on the Promotion advertisements (including posters and wobblers), available at all Participating stores and ecommerce platforms during the Promotion Period.
        1. The QR code once scanned, will automatically redirect Participants to the online microsite at www.pokkajuice.com
        2. Alternatively Participants could directly access the online microsite at www.pokkajuice.com
      3. Participants are required to enter the details in the form and is required to upload receipt for proof of purchase. Once the fields are completed, the Participants will receive a pop-up message shown on the microsite which indicates clearly that their entry has been recorded and submitted successfully.
    3. Submit your Receipt for verification
      1. Participants are to retain their official receipts to be presented as proof of purchase during prize collection. Participants will be deemed ineligible if Participants are not able to present their official receipts at point of collection. Only original receipts are accepted and to be returned to POKKA. Reprint or duplicate copies will not be accepted.

      3. The 1 months’ supply of POKKA Fruit Juice consist of:
        • 250ml Carrot Fruit Juice Carton x 2
        • 250ml Mixed Berries Fruit Drink Carton x 1
        • 250ml Natsbee Honey Lemon Carton x 1
        • 250ml Kiyo Kyoho Grape Juice Drink Carton x 1
        • The flavours of the fruit juice may be subjected to changes as per POKKA’s decision.
      4. The delivery of the 5 cartons will be delivered to the consolation prize winner in a single trip.
      5. The lucky draw will be conducted at SMSDOME PTE LTD, 47 Jalan Pemimpin Halcyon 2 #03-01 Singapore 577200, 10am, by means of a computerized system which is not conducted in public, but shall be witnessed and audited by a public accountant who is not in the employment of POKKA and POKKA’s advertising agencies.
  4. The participating Juice products includes: 
    1. Pokka Carrot Fruit Juice (250ml, 300ml, 500ml or 1.5L)
    2. Pokka Mixed Berries with Purple Carrot (250ml, 300ml)
    3. Pokka Natsbee Honey Lemon (250ml, 300ml, 500ml or 1.5L)
    4. Pokka Natsbee Honey Yuzu (250ml, 500ml or 1.5L)
    5. Pokka Soursop (250ml, 300ml or 500ml)
    6. Pokka Guava Juice Drink (250ml or 300ml)
    7. Pokka Kiyo Kyoho Grape Juice (250ml, 300ml Cheerpack, 500ml or 1.5L)
    8. Pokka Aloe Vera White Grape (300ml)
    9. Pokka Aloe Vera Peach (300ml)
    10. Pokka Pomegranate Juice (500ml or 1.5L)
    11. Pokka Kyoho Grape Juice (500ml or 1.5L)
    12. Pokka Yuzu Honey Juice Drink (500ml or 1.5L) 
  5. Kindly keep your original receipts as proof of purchase.
  6. The contest period is from 1 July 2022, 0000 to 15 August 2022, 2359. SMS entry will end on the last day of each mentioned week at 2359 hours. The weekly contest period is as follow:
    1. Week 1: 1 July 2022 – 7 July 2022
    2. Week 2: 8 July 2022 –14 July 2022
    3. Week 3: 15 July 2022 – 21 July 2022
    4. Week 4: 22 July 2022 – 28 July 2022
    5. Week 5: 29 July 2022 – 4 August 2022
    6. Week 6: 5 August 2022 – 15 August 2022
  7. Purchase must be made during Contest Period stated in clause 5.
  8. Retain the original receipt for proof of purchase during prize collection. Entries without proof of purchase or does not meet the minimum purchase criteria or are incomplete or illegible will not be accepted.
  9. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
  10. Participants are allowed to send multiple entries. However, eligible participant is entitled to win a maximum of one (1) grand prize or one (1) consolation prize.
  11. Non-winning entries for the week will be rolled over to the following week’s contest.
  12. By participating in any such Contest, participants consent to POKKA PTE. LTD. as well as their respective representatives and/or agents use of their personal information in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contest and agree to POKKA PTE LTD’s Personal Data Protection Policy.
  13. We may collect and use your personal data for any or all the following purposes:
    1. performing obligations in the course of, or in connection with our provision of the goods and/or services requested by you;
    2. verifiying your identity;
    3. responding to, handling, and processing queries, requests, applications, complaints, and feedback from you;
    4. sending your marketing information about our goods or services including notifying you of our marketing events, initiatives and promotions, lucky draws, membership and reward schemes and other promotions;
    5. complying with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines or rules, or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental and/or regulatory authority;
    6. any other purposes for which you have provided the information;
    7. transmitting to any unaffiliated third parties including our third-party service providers and agents and relevant governmental and/or regulatory authorities, whether in Singapore or abroad, for the aforementioned purposes
  14. We may disclose your personal data:
    1. Were such disclosure is required for performing obligations in the course of or in connections with our provision of the goods or services by you; or
    2. To third party service providers, agents and other organisations we have engaged to perform any of the functions listed in the clause 11 for us.
  15. The consent that you provide for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data will remain valid until such time it is being withdrawn by you in writing. You may withdraw consent and request us to stop using and/or disclosing your personal data for any or all of the purposes listed in clause 12 by submitting your request in writing or via email to our customer care department at we_care@pokka.com.sg
  16. Upon receipt of your written request to withdraw your consent, we may require reasonable time for your request to be processed and for us to notify you of the consequences of us acceding to the same, including any legal consequences which may affect your rights and liabilities to us. In general, we shall seek to process your request within ten (10) business days of receiving it.
  17. Whilst we respect your decision to withdraw your consent, please note that depending on the nature and scope of your request, we may not be in a position to continue providing our goods or services to you and we shall, in such circumstances, notify you before completing the processing of your request. Should you decide to cancel your withdrawal of consent, please inform us in writing in the manner described above.
  18. Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect our right to continue to collect, use and disclose personal data where such collection, use and disclosure without consent is permitted or required under applicable laws.
  19. By participating in this contest, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions of this contest.
  20. All winners will be notified via Facebook, email or phone. POKKA PTE. LTD. reserves the right to disqualify any winner who does not respond within 4 days after notification.
  21. Winners are required to claim the prizes at POKKA premise within 1 month of being notified in person or by a representative, who must produce the winner’s identification and proof of purchase.
  22. The decision of POKKA PTE. LTD. on all matters relating to this contest is final, conclusive and binding. No further correspondence will be entertained.
  23. POKKA PTE. LTD. reserves the right to replace prizes with any other items of similar value without giving prior notice.
  24. POKKA PTE. LTD. reserves the right to reject any entry for any reason.
  25. POKKA PTE. LTD. reserves the right to vary or amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
  26. We generally do not transfer your personal data to countries outside of Singapore. However, if we do so, we will obtain your consent for the transfer to be made and we will take steps to ensure that your personal data continues to receive a standard protection that is at least comparable to that provided under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
