Terms & Conditions:
  1. Contest is open to all Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and non-permanent residents residing in Singapore except employees of POKKA PTE. LTD., their respective affiliates and advertising agencies, dealers, distributors, vendors and their immediate family members.
  2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
    1. Purchase POKKA products
      1. To participate in the Promotion, a Participant must purchase a minimum of $8 worth of POKKA Coffee products in a single receipt at any Participating stores and ecommerce platforms during the Promotion Period.
      2. Each valid receipt entitles the Participant to 1 entry to ‘Let’s Pause Let’s Pokka’ October Coffee Campaign Lucky Draw Contest.
      3. Participating products include any POKKA Coffee beverages of any pack size (i.e. 240ml can/6s, 320ml, 500ml etc) as defined in Clause 3.
      4. Purchase of POKKA products must be explicitly reflected on the receipts submitted. Receipts with illegible, unidentifiable or ambiguous product names will be deemed invalid, and will not be accepted as an entry to the promotion.
    2. Entering via QR Code
    3. To enter the Promotion via QR Code, Participants shall scan the QR code that can be found on the Promotion advertisements (including posters and wobblers), available at all Participating stores and ecommerce platforms during the Promotion Period.
      1. The QR code once scanned, will automatically redirect Participants to the POKKA Trio Rewards WhatsApp Chat
      2. Participants are required to submit their particulars via the WhatsApp chat by following the step-by-step instructions provided.
      3. Once completed, participants will be directed to our microsite. To upload the receipt, participants have to click on “Complete Challenge to Unlock Attempt”, followed by the “Upload Receipt” icon.
      4. Participants will receive a receipt approval/rejection via WhatsApp. In the event that the receipt is rejected, participants may request for a manual review.
    4. Submit your Receipt for verification
      1. Participants are to retain their official receipts to be presented as proof of purchase during prize collection. Participants will be deemed ineligible if Participants are not able to present their official receipts at point of collection. Only original receipts are accepted and to be returned to POKKA. Reprint or duplicate copies will not be accepted
  3. LUCKY DRAW PRIZE
    1. LUCKY DRAW PRIZES
      1. Prize #1 – STERRA AIR™ Premium Full Body Massage Chair (worth $3,199) x 1 Winner
        • Winner will have to send STERRA an email with his/her details, which includes the shipping address and contact number.
        • STERRA will arrange for the delivery of the massage chair.
        • Winner is required to e-mail the details to STERRA by 31st July 2024.
      2. Prize #2 – WHITE SAILS Yacht Experience for 10pax (worth $800) x 2 Winners
        • A letter for redemption will be sent to the winners upon the announcement of winners.
        • Winners are required to contact White Sails Yacht directly to redeem their prize.
        • Winners are required to contact White Sails Yacht by 31st July.
      3. Prize #3 – NINE.N KAITEKI Floor Recliner with Cushion (worth $289) x 5 Winners
        • A letter for redemption will be sent to the winners upon the announcement of winners.
        • Winners are required to contact Nine.N as per the instructions in the letter and will have to do so by 31st July.
        • Winners can self-collect the prizes at Nine.N’s warehouse or opt for delivery with a delivery charge.
    2. All product and service related queries should be directed to the respective brands via their website and/or e-mail.
    3. The lucky draw will be conducted by means of a computerized system.
    4. POKKA PTE. LTD. will not assume responsibility for any feedback or complaints arising from the experience before, during, and after the Campaign.
  4. The participating Coffee products includes:
    1. Pokka Premium Milk Coffee (240ml, 500ml)
    2. Pokka Premium Mocha Coffee (240ml, 500ml)
    3. Pokka Premium Cappuccino Coffee (240ml, 500ml)
    4. Pokka Premium Milk Coffee Less Sugar (240ml, 500ml)
    5. Pokka Premium Peppermint Mocha (500ml)
    6. Pokka First Drip Black Coffee (320ml)
  5. Kindly keep your original receipts as proof of purchase.
  6. The contest period is from 1 June 2024, 0000 to 30 June 2024, 2359.
  7. The purchase must be made during the Contest Period stated in clause 6.
  8. Retain the original receipt for proof of purchase during prize collection. Entries without proof of purchase or do not meet the minimum purchase criteria or are incomplete or illegible will not be accepted.
  9. Any prizes won or accepted shall be given on an “as-is” basis. Prize(s) won are not transferable, or exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Winners are responsible for collecting and/or arranging in person any prize(s) won.
  10. Participants are allowed to send multiple entries. However, eligible participants are entitled to win a maximum of ONE prize.
  11. By participating in any such Contest, participants consent to POKKA PTE. LTD. as well as their respective representatives and/or agents use of their personal information in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contest and agree to POKKA PTE LTD’s Personal Data Protection Policy.
  12. We may collect and use your personal data for any or all the following purposes:
    1. performing obligations in the course of, or in connection with our provision of the goods and/or services requested by you;
    2. verifying your identity;
    3. responding to, handling, and processing queries, requests, applications, complaints, and feedback from you;
    4. sending your marketing information about our goods or services including notifying you of our marketing events, initiatives and promotions, lucky draws, membership and reward schemes and other promotions;
    5. complying with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines or rules, or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental and/or regulatory authority;
    6. any other purposes for which you have provided the information;
    7. transmitting to any unaffiliated third parties including our third- party service providers and agents and relevant governmental and/or regulatory authorities, whether in Singapore or abroad, for the aforementioned purposes
  13. We may disclose your personal data:
    1. where such disclosure is required for performing obligations in the course of or in connections with our provision of the goods or services by you; or
    2. to third party service providers, agents and other organisations we have engaged to perform any of the functions listed in the clause 11 for us.
  14. The consent that you provide for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data will remain valid until such time it is being withdrawn by you in writing. You may withdraw consent and request us to stop using and/or disclosing your personal data for any or all of the purposes listed in clause 12 by submitting your request in writing or via email to our customer care department at we_care@pokka.com.sg 
  15. Upon receipt of your written request to withdraw your consent, we may require reasonable time for your request to be processed and for us to notify you of the consequences of us acceding to the same, including any legal consequences which may affect your rights and liabilities to us. In general, we shall seek to process your request within ten (10) business days of receiving it.
  16. Whilst we respect your decision to withdraw your consent, please note that depending on the nature and scope of your request, we may not be in a position to continue providing our goods or services to you and we shall, in such circumstances, notify you before completing the processing of your request. Should you decide to cancel your withdrawal of consent, please inform us in writing in the manner described above.
  17. Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect our right to continue to collect, use and disclose personal data where such collection, use and disclosure without consent is permitted or required under applicable laws.
  18. By participating in this contest, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions of this contest.
  19. All winners will be notified via Facebook, email, or phone. POKKA PTE. LTD. reserves the right to disqualify any winner who does not respond within 5 working days after notification.
  20. Winners are required to claim the prizes at POKKA premise within 1 month of being notified in person or by a representative, who must produce the winner’s identification and proof of purchase.
  21. The decision of POKKA PTE. LTD. on all matters relating to this contest is final, conclusive and binding. No further correspondence will be entertained.
  22. POKKA PTE. LTD. reserves the right to replace prizes with any other items of similar value without giving prior notice.
  23. POKKA PTE. LTD. reserves the right to reject any entry for any reason.
  24. POKKA PTE. LTD. reserves the right to vary or amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
  25. We generally do not transfer your personal data to countries outside of Singapore. However, if we do so, we will obtain your consent for the transfer to be made and we will take steps to ensure that your personal data continues to receive a standard protection that is at least comparable to that provided under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
