Information on how to participate in the “POKKA RIANG RAYA LUCKY DRAW” (the “Promotion”) and the Promotion Rules (as stated below) form the Promotion Terms and Conditions. All persons registering or taking part in this Promotion (the “Participants”) agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. This Promotion is organized by POKKA PTE. LTD., of 39 Quality Road, Singapore 618810 (“POKKA”).
  2. The Promotion is open to all individual Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and non-permanent residents residing in Singapore who are:
    1. aged 18 and above as at the start of the Promotion Period (as defined below). Participants below the age of 18 shall obtain the necessary consent from their parents/legal guardians before participating in this Promotion and submitting any personal information, and shall furnish such proof of consent should organizers require it; and
    2. not prohibited in any manner by any person, entity, authority or law anywhere in the world from participating in this Promotion or any similar promotion.

    Employees of: (a) POKKA; and (b) POKKA advertising agencies (c) dealers, (d) distributors, (e) vendors, and the immediate family members of these employees, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

    By participating in the Promotion, each Participant represents and warrants that he/she has met the eligibility criteria stated in these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

  3. The Promotion is valid from 23 March 2023 00:00hrs to 30 April 2023 23:59hrs (both dates inclusive, the “Promotion Period”).

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Step 1 – Purchase POKKA products

To participate in the Promotion, a Participant must purchase a minimum of $5 worth of POKKA products in a single receipt at any Participating Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Convenience Stores, Petrol Marts, Mini Markets and ecommerce platforms during the Promotion Period.

Participating products include any POKKA ambient beverages of any pack size (i.e. Tetra Pack, 300ml can/6s, 500ml, 1500ml etc).

Purchase of POKKA products must be explicitly reflected on the receipts submitted. Receipts with illegible, unidentifiable or ambiguous product names will be deemed invalid, and will not be accepted as an entry to the promotion.

Step 2 – Entering via SMS entry or QR Code
Submit your receipt through any of the submission options below:

Scan the QR Code:
Scan the QR Code on respective promotional collaterals. Participants will be required to fill in the respective fields on the landing page, together with screen shot of the receipt as proved of purchase. Once the fields are completed, participants shall submit the page.

  1. Grand Prize: 3 set of PropupStore vouchers worth $1,000 each (3 Winners). All vouchers are valid for 6 months from the issued date.
  2. Special Prize: 2 Set of JBL Karaoke On The Go worth $599 (2 Winners) Total of 5 winners.
  3. Purchase must be made before the end of the Promotion Period and entry must reach by 7 May 2023, 2359hr. The Lucky Draw will be held on 15 May 2023.
  4. Please retain the original receipt as it may be requested by POKKA. PTE. LTD. In some cases, proof of purchase may be requested for verification.
  5. Entries without proof of purchase, do not meet the minimum purchase criteria, that are incomplete or illegible will not be accepted.
  6. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
  7. Participants are allowed to send multiple entries. However, eligible participant is entitled to win a maximum of one (01) prize.
    1. By participating in any such Promotion, participants consent to POKKA PTE. LTD. as well as their respective representatives and/or agents the use of their personal information in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Promotion and agree to POKKA PTE. LTD.’s Personal Data Protection Policy.
  8. We may collect and use your personal data for any or all of the following purposes:
    1. performing obligations in the course of, or in connection with our provision of the goods and/or services requested by you;
    2. verifying your identity;
    3. responding to, handling, and processing queries, requests, applications, complaints, and feedback from you;
    4. sending you marketing information about our goods or services including notifying you of our marketing events, initiatives and promotions, lucky draws, membership and reward schemes and other promotions;
    5. complying with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines or rules, or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental and/or regulatory authority;
    6. any other purposes for which you have provided the information;
    7. transmitting to any unaffiliated third parties including our third-party service providers and agents and relevant governmental and/or regulatory authorities, whether in Singapore or abroad, for the aforementioned purposes
  9. We may disclose your personal data:
    1. where such disclosure is required for performing obligations in the course of or in connection with our provision of the goods or services by you;
    2. to third-party service providers, agents and other organisations we have engaged to perform any of the functions listed in Clause 12 for us.
  10. The consent that you provide for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data will remain valid until such time it is being withdrawn by you in writing. You may withdraw consent and request us to stop using and/or disclosing your personal data for any or all of the purposes listed in Clause 13 by submitting your request in writing or via email to our customer care department at we_care@pokka.com.sg.
  11. Upon receipt of your written request to withdraw your consent, we may require reasonable time for your request to be processed and for us to notify you of the consequences of us acceding to the same, including any legal consequences which may affect your rights and liabilities to us. In general, we shall seek to process your request within ten (10) business days of receiving it.
  12. Whilst we respect your decision to withdraw your consent, please note that depending on the nature and scope of your request, we may not be in a position to continue providing our goods or services to you and we shall, in such circumstances, notify you before completing the processing of your request. Should you decide to cancel your withdrawal of consent, please inform us in writing in the manner described above.
  13. Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect our right to continue to collect, use and disclose personal data where such collection, use and disclosure without consent is permitted or required under applicable laws.
  14. By participating in this promotion, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions of this promotion.
  15. All winners will be notified via phone call and email. Should there not be a valid email address, winners will be contacted via SMS or Whatsapp. POKKA PTE. LTD. reserves the right to disqualify any winner who does not respond within 7 days after the notification has been sent.
  16. Participants shall at all times provide true and accurate information to POKKA PTE. LTD.
  17. POKKA PTE. LTD. reserves the right to pursue legal action against any person whom it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful or prejudicial to this promotion, the entry submission processor the relevant website.
  18. The decision of POKKA PTE. LTD. on all matters relating to this promotion is final, conclusive and binding. No further correspondence will be entertained.
  19. POKKA PTE. LTD. reserves the right to replace prizes with any other items of similar value without giving prior notice. Images of prizes are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual products. Colours and models of prizes are subject to change and availability.
  20. POKKA PTE. LTD. reserves the right to reject any entry for any reason.
  21. POKKA PTE. LTD. reserves the right to vary or amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
  22. We generally do not transfer your personal data to countries outside of Singapore. However, if we do so, we will obtain your consent for the transfer to be made and we will take steps to ensure that your personal data continues to receive standard protection that is at least comparable to that provided under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
