TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promotion is open to all Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and non-permanent residents residing in Singapore except employees of POKKA Pte. Ltd., their respective affiliates and advertising agencies, dealers, distributors, vendors and their immediate family members.
2. How to participate:
   1. Purchase of any POKKA Jasmine Green Tea range, POKKA Jasmine Green Tea, POKKA Peppermint Green Tea, Honey Green Tea, POKKA Jasmine Green Tea No Sugar.
   2. Log in/ sign up at to POKKA microsite: https://pokkajasminegreentea.sg/redeem, enter the required details, submit a picture of your receipt and start collecting points.
      • An email will be sent to the participant for confirmation of Points collected within 3 working days.
      • Once a participant has collected sufficient Points to redeem against any collectables offered on the “POKKA SPEND & REDEEM” microsite, select and redeem the collectables on the POKKA microsite: https://pokkajasminegreentea.sg/redeem.
      • A confirmation email will be sent to the participant upon submission of collectable(s) to redeem.
        1. The confirmation email will include the following information:
           1. Eligible collectable(s) to redeem
           2. Details of the collectable(s) collection : Date, Time and Venue
           3. Appointment for collectable(s) collection (optional)
           4. Collectable(s) collection period
3. Promotion Period is from 01 June 2020, 0000 hours, to 15 July 2020, 2359 hours.
4. Collectables Collection Period is from 01 July 2020, 0000 hours, to 31 July 2020, 2359 hours.
5. Collectables to redeem:
   1. One (01) Pokka cushion = 15 points
   2. One (01) stackable tea set = 50 points
6. Each account is allowed to redeem a maximum quantity of 5 pieces per item.
   1. The participants will not be able to submit for redemption upon exceeding the maximum quantity.
7. Collectables are subject to stock availability. Collectables redeemed are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
8. Participant is required to present the confirmation email as proof of redemption at point of collectable(s) collection.
   1. Please retain your receipts as these may be requested by POKKA Pte. Ltd.. In some cases, proof of purchase may be requested for verification of points.
9. Lucky Draw Prize:
   1. One (01) Full Tea Set
   2. Total (10) lucky winners will be drawn at the end of promotion period.
   3. All Participants who have signed up will be eligible for the Lucky Draw.

10. Participant is allowed to send multiple entries. Eligible participant is entitled to redeem the collectables with sufficient points.
11. Only official original receipts are acceptable and photocopied receipts are not acceptable.
12. Points shall be subtracted from a Participant's account immediately upon a Participant choosing to redeem the collectables.
13. The sale or barter of Points is strictly prohibited. A Participant’s right to use Points within the Promotion is non-transferable.
14. Points accrued after the promotion will be deemed redundant and useless. Any attempt to exchange for cash or amount equivalent to the points will not be entertained.
15. A Participant can only have one account in the Promotion, which is accessible only by their nominated email address and password.
16. Participants shall at all times provide true and accurate information to POKKA Pte. Ltd..
17. POKKA Pte. Ltd. reserves the right, in its discretion (provided it acts reasonably), to remove a Participant from the Promotion where it is felt that the Participant could be misusing the Promotion, is in breach of these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise acting contrary to the spirit of the Promotion. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Attempting to collect or redeem points in contravention with these Terms and Conditions;
    • Attempting to have, or having, multiple accounts;
    • Interfering with the Promotion or the website.
18. POKKA Pte. Ltd. reserves the right at anytime, and from time to time, providing as much notice as reasonably possible, to:
    • adjust Participants' accounts upwards or downwards to reflect accounting errors, multiple accounts, refunds issued, Points returned or suspected fraud.
    • withdraw, add, modify or limit the Collectables offered.
    • vary the number of Points required for a Collectables.
19. POKKA Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or the operation of the Promotion at any time upon reasonable notice if necessary for reasons beyond the POKKA Pte. Ltd.’s reasonable control. Any amendment shall be effective upon posting the modified Terms and Conditions and/or modified Promotion on this website and notifying Participant either on this website home page or via email.
20. POKKA Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to pursue legal action against any person who it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful or prejudicial to this promotion, the entry submission processor the relevant website.
21. We may collect and use your personal data for any or all of the following purposes:
    1. Performing obligations in the course of or in connection with our provision of the goods and/or services requested by you;
    2. verifying your identity;
    3. responding to, handling, and processing queries, requests, applications, complaints, and feedback from you;
    4. sending you marketing information about our goods or services including notifying you of our marketing events, initiatives and promotions, lucky draws, membership and reward schemes and other promotions;
    5. e.complying with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines or rules, or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental and/or regulatory authority;
    6. any other purposes for which you have provided the information;
    7. transmitting to any unaffiliated third parties including our third party service providers and agents and relevant governmental and/or regulatory authorities, whether in Singapore or abroad, for the aforementioned purposes
22. We may disclose your personal data:
    1. where such disclosure is required for performing obligations in the course of or in connection with our provision of the goods or services by you; or
    2. to third party service providers, agents and other organisations we have engaged to perform any of the functions listed in the clause 17 for us.
23. The consent that you provide for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data will remain valid until such time it is being withdrawn by you in writing. You may withdraw consent and request us to stop using and/or disclosing your personal data for any or all of the purposes listed in clause 17 by submitting your request in writing or via email to our customer care department at we_care@pokka.com.sg
24. Upon receipt of your written request to withdraw your consent, we may require reasonable time for your request to be processed and for us to notify you of the consequences of us acceding to the same, including any legal consequences which may affect your rights and liabilities to us. In general, we shall seek to process your request within ten (10) business days of receiving it.
25. Whilst we respect your decision to withdraw your consent, please note that depending on the nature and scope of your request, we may not be in a position to continue providing our goods or services to you and we shall, in such circumstances, notify you before completing the processing of your request. Should you decide to cancel your withdrawal of consent, please inform us in writing in the manner described above.
26. Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect our right to continue to collect, use and disclose personal data where such collection, use and disclosure without consent is permitted or required under applicable laws.
27. By participating in this promotion, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions of this promotion.
28. If the participant is under the age of 18, before they can redeem their collectables they must obtain consent from their parent or legal guardian to do so, and must be accompanied during their collectables travel by a Singapore resident over the age of 18.
29. The decision of POKKA Pte. Ltd. on all matters relating to this promotion is final, conclusive and binding. No further correspondence will be entertained.
30. We generally do not transfer your personal data to countries outside of Singapore. However, if we do so, we will obtain your consent for the transfer to be made and we will take steps to ensure that your personal data continues to receive a standard protection that is at least comparable to that provided under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
